Click "New support ticket" to submit a ticket to the helpdesk.
To view and sort your ticket history, click "check ticket status."
To view the additional details of a particular ticket, just click on the ticket subject line.
On the ticket screen, you can view recent comments, add additional notes, mark the ticket resolved, and more.
