In order to maintain compliance with information security practices, Odyssey has implemented a device policy in case your phone is lost or stolen while it contains information from the Odyssey domain.  If you receive a notification that you should contact your administrator or the synchronization of your phone and Odyssey email has stopped, here are some steps that should fix you up.

Go to "settings" on your phone 

go to application manager (called "Apps")

find "Device Policy"

force quit, and delete any data. 


go back to application manager

find google play services

delete all data, clear cache, etc.


go to settings and then accounts

remove the ODY account

add the account back


try to check email for the new account


device policy should open up

hit next a few times and finish up


Should work from there on
