1 To update your contact information you must log in to UltiPro. Once in click Menu the top-left corner of your screen.

2 Hover over the Myself tab.

3 When you hover over Myself, select Name, Address, and Telephone.

4 Click the Edit button in the top-right corner, next to the print button.

5 Once here you can enter in your First, Last, and Preferred name

6 Scroll down to enter in your  Home Address, City, State, and Zip Code.

7 You can also update your emails in the same section. Please be cautious not to change your Primary Email. Your Odyssey email should be left as your Primary Email. Your alternate email may be whatever you choose.

8 Scroll more to enter in your Primary Home/Cell Phone number.

9 Please remember to enter your Primary Work Phone Number as well.

10 Once you've entered your information in all the fields click the green Save button top-right corner.

11 To access your Emergency Contacts, click on Menu again, hover over the Myself tab, then click on Emergency Contacts,

12 Click the green Add button in the top-right corner.

13 Enter your Emergency Contact's First and Last Name and their Relationship to you.

14 Scroll down to enter in their Preferred Phone and Number. You can also enter in their Work Number and an extra number under Other if it applies.

15 When you have finished filling out the fields click the green Save button in the top-right corner. Congratulations! Your Contact Information and Emergency Contact(s) should be up to date.
