1 The first step is to login to the helpdesk.
2 Click Google.
3 Choose your Odyssey Gmail credentials.
4 With your mouse, hover New
5 Click New
6 Click Ticket
7 Use your Odyssey Gmail as the Requester.
8 Click Subject and type in a brief heading.
9 Click type.
10 Click the associated subject related to your issue.
11 Click Contact Phone Number
12 Type in Contact Phone Number without the dashes
13 Click Open
14 Click the topic accociated to address your issue.
15 Click and describe your concerns.
Click the submit button in the upper right-hand corner.
That's it. You're done!
