Odyssey Systems uses a single sign-on (SSO) so team members to easily access their Odyssey emails and other programs such as UKG and Project Odyssey. In order to reset your password please perform the following steps:

Step 1) Visit the IT Helpdesk Home Page.

Step 2) Click the “New support ticket” link on the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Step 3) Fill out the ALL the necessary fields

*When entering into the "Personal Email Address" please type in your personal email, NOT your Odyssey OR .MIL email address.

Step 4) Check the “I’m not a robot” box, then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. A representative from IT will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Step 5) Check your personal email account for the password reset email. 

***Please note, you MUST provide a personal email address for a representative to send the password link to; IT will NOT send a password reset link to a military email account. If you run into any difficulties, contact help@odysseyconsult.com. ***
