Resetting Your Costpoint Password

  1. Browse to
  2. On the right side of the window, please click on "Reset Password"

  3. A new window will open and you will enter your username and click continue.
  4. Answer the 2 security questions and then enter the CAPTCHA letters and click Continue
  5. Enter your new password and the CAPTCHA letters and click reset password
  6. You should receive an email in your ODYSSEY email account letting you know that your password has been reset.
  7. If that fails contact for additional help
