How to Create a Calculating Form in Acrobat Pro

1. Click "Tools"

2. Click "Add Prepare Form tool shortcut"

3. Click Open

4. Click "Create New"

5. Click Start

6. Click "Yes"

8. Click "Text Field"

9. Drag the text field to where it should be located

10. Set the Field Name to "First Number"

11. Click "Text Field" again.

12. Drag the Field to where it should be located.

15. Drag the field to where it should be located.

16. Type "Sum of Numbers"

17. Click All Properties

18. Click "Value is the"

19. Click the drop down

20. Select Sum

21. Click "Pick..."

22. Click "Second Number"

23. Click "First Number"

24. Click "OK"

25. Click "Close"

26. Click "File"

29. Click "Save a local copy and manually send it later"
